At ColomboCart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We work with trusted vendors to ensure all items are delivered in good condition. However, if you face any issues with your order, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

• The item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• You received an expired or spoiled product (for food or perishable items).
• The product does not match the description shown at the time of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Perishable goods, such as cakes, chocolates, or fresh food (unless delivered damaged or incorrect).
• Personalized or custom-made items.
• Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable on the product page.
• Used, worn, or tampered items.

3. Return Request Timeframe

• All return requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• Requests made after 24 hours may not be accepted.

4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours.
2. Provide your Order Number and a clear photo of the item(s) showing the issue.
3. Our team will review your request and update you within 1–2 working days.

5. Refunds & Replacements

• Approved returns will be eligible for either a replacement or a refund, depending on stock availability and customer preference.
• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method or as store credit.
• Refunds may take 3–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Delivery Charges

• If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, etc.), we will cover the return delivery cost.
• For other return reasons (e.g., customer changed mind), delivery charges are non-refundable.

Please note: ColomboCart is a marketplace platform, and individual vendors may have specific return terms. We help facilitate the return process to ensure a smooth experience for both customers and sellers.
